Purchasing Tickets

You can purchase tickets online at theboxoffice.ca, over the phone, or in person at our box office locations.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online and phone orders. In-person purchases may also include debit and cash.

Yes! Our online system allows you to select your seats for reserved-seating events. Some events may have general admission seating, which means seating is first-come, first-served.

No, we offer mobile tickets that can be scanned directly from your phone. You can also print your ticket at home if preferred.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Search the words "Your Eticket Is Ready". If you still can’t find it, contact our box office at boxoffice@Kelowna.ca or (250) 469-8940 for assistance.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. Some events allow exchanges or ticket donations—check the event page for details.

If an event is canceled, you will be notified via email with refund instructions. Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.

Yes! Most tickets are transferable. Please contact theboxoffice at 250-469-8940 for assistance.
