Kelowna Community Music School presents CRESCENDO FOR A CAUSE

Come and support music students and teachers in the Okanagan area! Join Arnold Draper and radio host Phil Johnson as they bring you an evening of chamber and solo music at the Kelowna Community Music School’s 2026 inaugural Benefit Concert. Witness the talent in the heart of the musical community in the Okanagan, demonstrated by students and alumni eager to share their passion, guided by teachers passing down their skills to the next generation of players.

This concert celebrates KCMS’s goal of encouraging every student to enjoy the journey, experience performing, and reach their full potential. Each musician’s unwavering dedication to their craft shines within their playing, revealing the tapestry of talent that captivates Okanagan audiences. Woven throughout the performance is the KCMS faculty’s leadership, mentorship, and collaborative abilities that support students to develop their creativity and maturity.

Your attendance helps KCMS grow, thrive, and continue to share the gift of musical learning with people who have a range of skills and abilities. With help from the community, we can continue to foster musical education within the Okanagan and transform Kelowna into a centre for learning and belonging.
