• All purchasers must have an email address attached to their order or profile so we can communicate updates. We’re not responsible for missed events if we can’t reach you.
• No physical tickets are issued for this package – just show your proof of purchase (on your phone or printed).
• A representative from Shawn’s team will meet you at the main venue entrance to check you in. Please have valid photo ID ready.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed arrival instructions approximately 24 to 48 hours prior to the event. This will be the only email unless changes occur.
